1964 Ford Econoline Van

The owner will soon have this van painted by a local artist to promote his skateboard shop (the outline is visible in #2).

Also interesting is the canvas replacing the sheet metal of the roof.

1966 Ford Camper Special

Owner is a pleasant lady who asked that I obscure the plates -- first time that has happened. She's had it for more than 30 years.

Love the space age mirrors, the scalloping in the front fenders, the ridge along the side hiding the shut line of the hood. Truck looks like it's sagging in the middle, but that could just be an illusion caused by the upward jog in that ridge.

And the fuel cap just behind the driver's door -- just where you don't want it.

1972 Buick Centurion

This is a Centurion, not a Century. A monster car with a monster 7.5L engine -- no smaller options.

Interesting sculpting leading from the hood back through the doors to the rear fenders, providing a subtle curve describing how dynamic the shape could have been. Instead we have an overly broad C pillar crowding the windows of the back doors. At least the wheelbase is proportionate to the car -- the rear overhang is not too outrageous.
