This car almost got away. I saw it while I was hurrying elsewhere, and had just enough time to get these shots. My second ponton!

There was a person in this car that I hadn't seen when I started taking pictures, and expressed some surprise and dismay. But we had a friendly conversation once I explained that my interest was the car, and I promised to edit them out. When I glanced inside, the dash didn't look like it had woodgrain, it looked like it was made of wood!

I think at some point this car had a quarter vinyl roof, which, as far as I can tell, was not a factory option.
The front end makes me think of the early Pinto
