1975 Rolls-Royce Corniche

So many mirror finish surfaces on this car, it is hard to avoid having my reflection appear in the photos.

None of the sources I've checked suggest that there ever was a Corniche four door, and yet there it was in the flesh metal. Apparently a summer only car, never restored, and very well cared for by it's two owners. Current owner is an elderly gent, probably from India by his accent.

Remarkable features: that roof that looks so thin in profile, the elegant curve of the upper edge of the rear doors followed by the sharpish corner, the four outside mirrors, perfect white paint even on the hubcaps, subtle and elegant side chrome, which mildly camouflages the door handles. Impressed that after 40 years there seems to be not one blemish on any of the chrome.

1962 Cadillac Coupe de Ville

Wedged between a Yaris and a Bolar, another tight situation allowing no profile shot.

Particularly like the "fetlocks" -- the lower fins projecting from behind the front wheels, through the great fender skirts to the bumper. They look positively dangerous. And the grille-like panel between the bumper and trunk lid.

1961 Ford Thunderbird

This is clearly an imitation of the idealized rockets found in movies of the time. Who wouldn't want to drive a rocket sled with a gimmicky swing away steering wheel?

1967 AMC Rambler American Convertible

Seats seem to be from a later Pacer.

1970 Dodge Challenger R/T

1982 Toyota Cressida

Points of interest: Odd diagonal grille, single wheel cap still present on those stock mesh wheels despite being on the curb side, pleasant patina scattered about. It has a practical appearance despite it's luxury pretensions. This car really lives in Honda Accord territory.
