1980 Mercedes Benz 300SD

Thanks to the owner for permitting pictures of the engine and interior.
He restored the real wood dash himself, and is doing other restoration too. Often when someone is working on a project, they only see the stuff that needs work, but I think this car is in great condition, a testament to the manufacturer and the owner.

1979 Mercedes Benz 300SD

Love the A-pillar's painted metal surrounded by chrome, the smoked glass, the awkward 5mph bumpers, and the quad rounds grafted into the euro style housings. Too bad the wheels are not original -- like the spoked alloys better.

Both angles on the mirror look great.
